Nothing matches that. Try a shorter word, or email us.
The Dashboard is your to-do list: everything overdue or due soon, with a Log it button beside each one.
LawnClock Pro companies can have this equipment log as an add-on. If yours does, you don’t need a separate account here.
Using CurbClock? It’s the same service as LawnClock under another name, and everything below works the same way: where this page says LawnClock, read CurbClock.
There’s nothing to download from an app store. Open the site in your phone’s browser and it works the same, with the pages under the ☰ button. To give it its own icon:
It then opens full screen from its icon, and updates by itself. It needs an internet connection; it doesn’t work offline.
No. Create an account, confirm your email, and start adding equipment. The trial lasts 14 days.
Your records stay safe. You can still log in, view and export everything, but you’ll need a plan to add equipment, log service and get reminders.
Yes. Open Plan & billing, click Manage billing and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your records are kept after that.
Only your account. Every account’s records are private to that account. We see totals, such as how many machines an account has, never the records themselves.
Anything that needs regular maintenance: mowers and trimmers, kitchen equipment, heavy equipment, tractors, vehicles, HVAC and more. Track by hour meter, odometer, or just dates. If your type isn’t in the list, choose Other and add your own intervals.
Check your spam or junk folder first. The link is good for 24 hours. For a fresh one, try to log in with your email and password: a Resend confirmation email button appears. Still nothing? Email [email protected] and we’ll turn the account on for you.
After several wrong passwords in a row, logging in from your connection is paused for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again, or use Forgot password? to set a new one.
The machine has an interval for that job, but there’s no service record with that job ticked. Click Log it and enter the last time it was done, even as a best guess. From then on it counts down properly.
Three things to check on the service record:
Click Edit beside the record to fix it.
Hour and mile intervals go by the machine’s current reading. Open the machine and click Update hours (or Update odometer) with today’s number. If you’d rather not track a meter, add “every X days” to the interval as well and the date will catch it.
Edit the machine and set Tracks to Dates only. Its intervals are then by days, such as every 90 or 365 days.
Open Settings and check:
Then click Send test email. If the test doesn’t arrive, look in spam and mark it “Not spam”.
An account has one login. Reminder emails go to one address, which can be someone else’s (Settings → Send to). If your company uses LawnClock with the equipment add-on, the owner, every admin and any worker ticked as maintenance crew get in from LawnClock under their own names, and each service record shows who logged it.
Export all CSV on the Service Log page downloads every service record. Each machine’s page has its own Export CSV, and the year-end report has Download CSV. All of them open in Excel or Google Sheets, and they work even after a trial has ended.
No. Deleting removes the machine with its history and schedules, which is why it asks first. For a machine you’ve stopped using, set its status to Retired or Sold instead.
No. If your LawnClock company has the Equipment Service Log add-on, click Equipment in LawnClock and you’re signed in here. To get the add-on, the account owner subscribes to it in LawnClock under Settings.
You’re signed in as maintenance crew (it says so under your name when you click your initials). Maintenance crew log service and update hour meters; the office keeps the list of machines and the schedules. Ask your LawnClock account owner or an admin to add the machine or change the schedule, and it shows up for you right away.
Maintenance crew can change or delete the records they logged themselves. Records someone else logged can only be changed by the office (the LawnClock owner or an admin). Look for Logged by on the record to see whose it is.
Nobody from the office has opened the equipment log yet, so there’s nothing to log against. Ask your LawnClock account owner to click Equipment in LawnClock once and add the machines. After that your link works.
It asks when it can’t tell that you came straight from LawnClock, for example if the link was opened from an email or a bookmark. If you just clicked Equipment yourself, go ahead. If someone sent you the link, close the page: a link like that could sign you in to their equipment log.
You were already logged in here with a different account in that browser. Choose which one you want. Switching logs the other one out in that browser only; nothing in either account changes.
Each click on Equipment in LawnClock makes a pass that’s good for one minute and works once. Go back to LawnClock and click Equipment again.
The add-on was switched off in LawnClock, or the company is no longer on LawnClock Pro. Your records are all here, and you can still view and export them. Ask your LawnClock account owner to have it switched back on.
Yes, as the account owner. On the login screen click Forgot password?, enter the LawnClock owner’s email, and set a password from the link we send. That login is the account itself, so keep it to the owner.
